Balsamic Brussels Sprouts

It’s one of the best side dish ideas!

Preparation time: 10 minutes

Cooking time: 4 hours

Servings: 6

Ingredients:

2 tablespoons white sugar

½ cup balsamic vinegar

2 tablespoons sunflower oil

2 pounds Brussels sprouts, halved

A pinch of salt and black pepper

2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped

Method:

1. In your slow cooker, mix the sprouts with the sugar, vinegar, oil, salt, pepper and the cilantro, toss, cover, cook on Low for 4 hours, divide between plates and serve as a side dish.
